Top Ten Tuesday: Top Ten Villains from everywhere because I am indecisive

Top Ten Tuesday
All About The Villains
These villains are from both movies, books, and TV shows because I literally could not decide on a genre. So I cheated and chose my favorites from all three.

1. Lorena from The Shadow Queen by C. J. Redwine

She was so creepy. Pulling people’s hearts out and eating them?! EW. And that one scene where she forced this lady to start coughing up apples?! Gross and terrifying.

2. Mal from inception

The idea that your own mind will fight and even kill was freaking terrifying. Like congrats you have failed so completely that your own mind wants you dead.

Also I’ve finally watched the movie and I had to brag at least a little bit. Still Mal was scary the way she part of his subconscious but was the antagonist of the entire crew.

3. Peka Rollins from Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo

He should probably be higher seeing as how much i love this book but honestly he wasn’t very impressive.

At least compared to Kaz or really any of the other main characters. Still CROOKED KINGDOM! He didn’t need to be a Sherlock Homes worthy mastermind to make that book fabulous.

4. The White Witch from Narnia by C. S. Lewis

Ah yes the wellspring of my childhood nightmares. Every time she kills Aslan I cry like a baby.

5. Everybody in Demon Road by Derek Landy
Child eating demons are definitely going to be up there. But the way Amber’s parents specifically tried to make Amber feel terrible about herself, or blame her for her imminent death.

Terrifying. Also you know, the eating part.

6. Artemis Entreri from several books by R. A. Salvatore
This man was terrifying. And nobody even knows about him?!

I swear I started this blog to specifically tell people about the brilliance that is Drizzt Do’urden and Artemis Entreri. These two had a kind of Voldemort/Harry relationship where they were terribly close together when it came to their beliefs or methods or even upbringing but incredibly different at the same time.
Like how Drizzt was actually a good person and Entreri kept cutting peoples fingers off.

7. The Operative in Firefly
I had to mention somebody from Firefly and I felt like it was a bit rude to include . . . the entirety of the alliance or the reavers. Or even the Hands-of-Blue guys since they were never truly used.

So I cheated

And the Operative it is and he kind of deserves it. His way of calmly destroying everything in his path and his complete self-knowledge of how terribly evil he was. Yuck he gives me chills every time.

8. Tesseract from Mortal Coil by Derek Landy

I did not expect somebody as relatively straight forward as Derek Landy to suddenly destroy my feelings in the last twenty pages. This guy killed people with impunity and even a few people I liked. But the last few pages as Tesseract died he talked about his cat and how she would sit with him and how he hoped she’d be okay. Why?!

9. Azula from Avatar the Last Airbender

Why is she so high up you ask?

If that GIF didn't convince you . . . Did you guys know that she was fourteen? Frankly seeing as how this was a kids show with such an utterly horrible, yet sympathetic, villain is well worth the ninth spot.

10. Dolores Umbrage
Because who else could be given the top spot.

You for starters devil woman

This woman caused more malice in me than the average Dark Lord. She deserved so much more than she got.
